Payment is accepted in the form of cash, Zelle, or credit cards. Initial appointments are one hour for $400. Follow up appointments are 25 minutes for $215. Psychotherapy is an important part of medication management, even if you are already working with a therapist. Appointments can be spaced out depending on clinical need, and we will discuss what works best for you together. Dr. Self’s sliding-scale/pro bono spots are currently full.
